Players of People’s Postcode Lottery, through Postcode Earth Trust, have raised an incredible £2,851,332 for Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust since 2009. This support has transformed us as a charity and has a huge impact on what we can achieve for the Yorkshire Dales.
Money raised by players of People’s Postcode Lottery enhances all aspects of our work, enabling us to continue long-running projects such as woodland planting and wildflower meadow restoration but also helping us to respond to changing needs in our area. It has allowed us to invest more in delivering education and training, outreach and community grants through a number of new schemes.
Players of People's Postcode Lottery have supported our work to care for people, landscape and wildlife in the Yorkshire Dales for over ten years.
About People's Postcode Lottery
People’s Postcode Lottery manages lotteries on behalf of 20 Postcode Trusts. People play with their chosen postcodes for a chance to win cash prizes. A minimum of 33% from each subscription goes directly to charities and good causes in Britain and internationally. Players have raised more than £750 million so far.
